I have booked mobile of 25000 on 7th July from add me cart, while booking it was showing next day delivery. But after payment i got only one booking id. Since then I am following up with there customer care via mail and whatsapp as they dont have other services. But they reply once in two days with everytime asking booking id and then no reply. I am asking for cancellation but no reply. Please help to cancel and refund of money.
