I ordered abou 8 items online from Jiomart on 12th Jan 2022 and paid Rs.2248/- for it through IndusInd Bank Credit Card. I have email acknowledgement from IndusInd Bank for this payment as well as email confirmation about receipt of order from Jiomart.
They supplied only one item worth Rs.27/- from the items ordered. To my surprise there is no trace of other items I ordered in their system. There is no record of my payment of Rs.2248/-. I have also not received any refund for balance amount.
I complained to the helpdesk on 14th, 15th and 22nd Jan. I was told that refund will be initiated within 7 working days. Nothing happened.
I was then told to complain to their Customer service cell at cs@jiomart.com. I did so on 22nd Jan and also to cshead@jiomart.com.
However I attached emails from IndusInd Bank, Jiomart confirming payment. I also attached screenshot of IndusInd Bank debit entry for Jiomart payment.
Despite this, there is no action taken by Jiomart and they have simply responded that the issue is resolved. This is utter shock to me. How can Organisation like Jiomart simply usurpe my payment of Rs.2221/- without any explanation? My order for about 8 items does not appear in their system.
