I oedered an HP Printer and remitted the cost in advance. The remittance was acknowledged on 20 May,2020 butthe order was not fulfilled despite several e mail reminders. They have not refunded the amount in spite of several mails . They dont even respond to e mails.
To add insult to injury they have now asked me to join them in celeberating
the anniversay date of my first order. What cheek!
