Wrt to subject line,. We happened to order chicken biryan 2 varieties , paneer snack with our cooking instructions.
Despite instructions, receive very nasty food, 3 of us just tasted n reported immediately to Zomato chat help. Rather cancel and refund they said write mail to suport . Support replies as instructed restaurant for quality improvement,future assure good quality and ask us write negative review on restaurant page.
Simultaneously, contacted restaurant, spoke with owner mr.raju .he accepted that food might be bad in quality , you complaint Zomato, as cancellation request comes to restaurant we approve refund. Neighter side positive response yet received. And same stereotype response ,we take it as feedback to improve quality in future orders. Write review on restaurant page. As advised by restaurant owner,
We have escalated to grievances, legal of Zomato,. No positive response yet. Hence we are reporting here for the negligence in receiving and analysing severity of the facts the two of us fall sick.
