Our Merchant ID is 4793973
We had accepted a card from a client and the same was through payu link in March 23
The company sent that the amount has been settled and provided the UTR number but since we did not receive and due to repeated calls and emails, we were told that the amount has been on hold for want of KYC.
Surprisingly, we had provided the same an year ago too and there was no communication to provide KYC again. We had submitted the required papers almost 3 times and now nobody is responding from the Company
The amount is pending for four months and there is no response to emails and calls. I am worried about this company as there are numerous compalints against Payu
