We used Payumoney for a few years since February 2022, when they failed to settle our collected amount. Since the tens of times we have raised the complaint and requested to settle the amount. But initially they responded with promise to settle at priority. But Later they have stopped even replying.They have blocked releasing our funds for over 6 months and did not even give an intimation that they have blocked the funds. There is no support number, just a stupid bot on chat. They charge huge fees, but don’t give any service. In Spite of several emails, still funds have not been released. Worst payment gateway.
Kindly acknowledge me and clear our money. Its been 6 months now. They have pretending to be deff. I guess they have started this new way of earning by eating away customers money, may be they have failed in earning from their core service. May be they are losers in the stiff competetion. May God Bless them with good intentions. I hope this consumer complaint portal is really intended for resolving such complaints. Maybe I get justice.
