The has reference to complaint for Claim ID CLJP24082000125 for Extended Warranty with JPPOFFK199129 for my LED TV was registered on 24th August, 2020 and the SLA Guarantee of 30 days has lapsed. Despite numerous reminders and calls to JEEVES, they have not been able to SERVICE my TV and now as per Clause F.5 and F.7 of terms of agreement, they need to provide me a refund of 70% my TV Cost.
I am not getting any response from either the dial in customer service or the e-mail support from JEEVES. Flipkart is doing a fraud by selling JEEVES Extended warranty support along with TVs on Flipkart. They are just robbing customers and are not even addressing complaints as per their service Terms & Conditions.
I am following up on the issue over 32 days now, and there has been no update from JEEVES.
JEEVES has been avoiding any responses and not accepting the claims raised by me as a customer. This is nothing but pure harassment that the customer has to follow up every day and still receive no update.
