I had ordered an exhaust fan HM PURE COPPER 8 INCH 200MM FLATRON VENTILATION FAN /
EXHAUST FAN FOR KITCHEN, BATHROOM, OFFICE (BLACK) online on Meesho platform.
The item was delivered broken and white in colour instead of black.
As the colour change was not a major issue for me it was not mentioned while registering return order. But the pickup boy didn’t accept it because of the change in colour.
Though the difficulties were timely reported by me and corrective measures assured by executives at meesho helpdesk, my return order is found cancelled without my concent and the issue is left unresolved.
All my repeated efforts for an amicable solution went in vain.
