My customer id of Videocon D2H service is 61097034. I have been trying to get Videocon D2H Services to give me channels as per TRAI notification. I have failed to get services through their Combo Packs (Platinum Combo HD) and “Mera Wala Pack” as also selection of individual channels on the D2H Website. I have failed to get the services I want by sending e-mail with the Channels and Bouquets and Combo packs I want. I failed to get the channels on the Videocon Infinity Pack. Their Customer Care Service on 9115691156 does not respond. Videocon apparently does not care and respect the TRAI Regulatory Orders or standards for service. How can I get some redressal?
