Text of Complaint by Bala:

I am Bala from Chennai. I recently bought firebolt max from Firebold store. The order was fulfilled by SAVEX Technologies Pvt Ltd. I had raised a ticket for return and replacement. There was no response from customer care for 3 days. I had been trying emails, calls with no luck. After 3 day one guy speaking in Hindi , says they have only Hindi customer support. He was asking me to register another complaint in a app called Anydesk and he will deduct 1 rupee for registering the complain.
Why the hell they will deduct 1 Rs for raising a complaint
If you have only Hindi customer care why the hell they have IVR asking to select English.
All together very very bitter experience. Firebolt should be taken to legal terms for their behavior. All celebrity who endorsed this product and making people to buy must be taken in to legal action.
