Text of Complaint by Pratibha Rai:

I had purchased a wonderchef OTG 60 ltr in feb 2022. In jan 2023, the oven was not warming up so I raised a complaint on 17 Jan 2023 via complaint number HP1701230002 on whatsapp as well as the toll free customer care number.

I received a mail asking me to upload copy of the invoice, 30 sec video of the product after its on, model number, serial number and details of complaint. All details asked for were sent by me on the email add given. I also raised a query in my mail as to how would one check non heating of the appliance through a video?

On 31 Jan 2023 I recd a msg and mail informing me that my complaint was cancelled.

I again called customer care and enquired as to how my complaint was cancelled and I was told that no defect was found. I expressed my displeasure as to how they could say no defect was found as no one had checked the appliance and heating cannot be checked on video.

The girl who received the call at customer care raised the complaint again and promised that I would recieve a call within 05 hrs and steps to resolve my issue would be taken. The complaint was raised on 01 Feb 2023 via complaint number HP0102230001.

I have not recd any call or msg so far. My OTG is under warranty.
