I booked Surya gas stove red in colour on 14/10/17. Paytm delivered wrong product i.e red in Color. I requested for replacement within stipulated time. Courier pickup without consulted or my consent cancelled pick up. I approached Paytm for this. They sent courier pickup after almost 21 days. Courier pickup collected product from my residence but Paytm has not delivered replaced product till date and it is showing seller rejected refund. In spite of my numerous mail or complaints no action has been taken by Paytm and they don’t even bother to contact me or reply.
I hv paid for the product and the item also get back by Paytm now my hand is empty and I have no option but to place the matter before consumer forum.Image Uploaded by Rakesh Raushan:
