I ordered shoes from adidas in the month of May and returned the product and received confirmation mail that refund process will be initiated shortly . I have been inquiring about the refund for about 2 months but the are not providing me with an appropriate response simply claiming it will happen , but how long are they going to take . It has been over 2 months. Now it is starting to seem like this is a form of scam from their side , simply taking so long to return customer money that they forget about it or give up and the company can make profit without having sold a single product. This is not my issue alone, I have seen many other people talking about issues regarding the same problem and not getting any resolution. The company is claiming it is a technical issue but whose job is it to fix it. Do they want the customer to do this , do their jobs for them? How long do it take to start a refund process? Will they even do it or just keep giving weak excuses . Quite frankly it is so disappointing seeing such brand acting it such cheap manner
