I had booked and purchased a wireless mini Bluetooth earphone on cash on delivery mode in paytm, order no-6163737322 which was found defective after opening the pack. I accomplished all formalities regqrding return of the article to the concerned company named Pickadda. The alloted courier picked up the article from my home within scheduled time and sent me the confirmation message over phone as a token of acceptance. I have produced all requisites for refunding the price value of the article but company sounds nothing from his end till date. So, being hopeless and compelled I am submitting this complain and expecting a fair and square result from it. Hopping your considerate response in due time.
