Sir/Madam,
I, Rajesh Poulose, desired to be a customer of Airtel, but unfortunately my first experience with you has been the worst.
I spoke one of your agents with regard to the Fibre Optical Cable connection in my campus, St. Mary’s Inter College, Padri Bazar, Gorakhpur, U. P.
In the first two weeks your agents time and again called me up asking when shall they come to take the booking,
Finally, I called them and they came to my office and in few minutes did the booking and I Payed online the amount that was told to me.
They promised me that within ten days my work will be done.
This is something that happened on 14th August, 2020.
Thereafter I had no clue if Airtel was alive or not.
After twelve days when I contacted someone, they said they will check it out.
It again took two days and at the end of all the drama someone from your company just hanged up the phone saying that you can not get our services since we are not reachable there and your amount will be refunded in seven days.
Today is 16th day after that. I spoke to many of your employees. One after the other, each one of them guided me to the next and I reached nowhere.
I have not yet received back my initial payment that I had made.
To tell of the worst, no one is picking up my phone since 24 hours.
What should I do?
