In the month of Aug 20, i received a bill of 15000 for one month electricity consumption. from last 10 years i am staying in this apartment and only once or twice had received bill for 4000 or 5000 a month.apart from that always received bill wthin 2000 and i am paying it every month, but still in the month of Aug had received a bill for 15000 which is tooo high. please help in getting it corrected.
