I had done the recharge of RS.2879 from Airtel app through SBI NetBanking on 18th may,2022 but the recharge was not done and the payment was deducted from my account .I also visited SBI bank for payment refund,they gave me a written proof that the payment is received by Airtel . I complained to Airtel many times through mails and customer care but the Airtel is giving no response against it and denied that they received no money against the failure recharge.
