I ordered from a restaurant named Faasos via Zomato for which the payment was made in advance. After some time i received a call from the restaurant that they cannot deliver the order and i shall receive the refund from Zomato as they have cancelled it from their end. Next day when i checked the app i found that the order status was delivered. On checking with Chat Support of Zomato they agreed that the same couldn’t be delivered and the refund has been initiated and would reflect in my account in 5 to 6 business days. I have been following up since 8th Oct when i ordered till today i.e.4th Nov and no assistance has been made nor the refund is received. Zomato is just cheating people.
