- Today i tried to book my train ticket? but the amount got deducted & tickets were not booked…
- worst situation was when i tried contacting customer care they just asked me to dial some other no. They kept on forwarding my call and kept giving me new nos. to dial.
- At last when i said i wnt dial any more nos. now they simply disconnected my call.
- Pathetic attitude and no help are the key traits of Paytm.
- Disheartened
