I buy a product by Amazon. On the thumbnail of the product, the publication year is 2021 but I received damaged and 2022 published book. So I return it but now it is not refunded. When I call at Amazon helpline number then they said that the returned item is not correct so Amazon can’t give me refund. But I returned the same product which is delivered to me.
