Text of Complaint by Supria:

  1. I booked a flight from travolook and after sometime of confirmation mail sent by them, they send me another mail of cancellation of ticket and refunding my money within 10-15 days but its been one and a half month they till now had not send me the refund and after talking to their support service they only make excuses.
