Dear Sir’
I have changed my Vodafone number from postpid to prepaid two years back. After that i have applied for my security deposit but it is not refunded till date. I have visited Vodafone office in laxmi nagar branch four to six times but no one is heeding the complaint. Everytime they are making false promises but they are not making effort for return. Please help in getting my security money refunded against my Vodafone number .
