Respected Sir,
On 23-9-18 my Airtel No. 7896086016 was port to Vodafone vide Porting No. AS845487 which would be expired on 5-10-18 since no message received till 10-10-18 I have recharged Rs.220/- in anticipation the balance amount would be carry forwarded to new provider, which was confirmed by “AIRTEL RETAILER”. On 14-10-18 my new service provider activated the same. It is surprise to know that the recharge amount was not brought forward when I requested the Customer Care of Airtel refuse to return the balance which inter-allia “….balance amount forfeited after port out. ” Since I have recharged after port andnot before port moreover no service was provided after recharged Kindly take necessary action as deem fit and proper.
