I have booked my flight ticket from Delhi to Imphal on 24/10/2021 via Travolook agency. Subsiquently,that travel agency has message me for cancellation of my flight ticket on 9/9/2021. My refund for rupees 4505/ has not been credited to me till date . I had approached many time representative of Travolook agency regarding my refund amount . But ,not positive ways / response has been initiated by the agency . May I request please be look into the matter to early refund of my hardness money.
