During Airtel Invoices dates 28-Oct 2017 to 27-Dec 2017 ( Airtel Invoices no. 633492185, 721497107,801765970 respectively ) Airtel Deducted same bill amount often through ECS from my bank account and also compelled me to pay from other account, which made frequent payment of same billed amount and thereby as i result total Rs. 3,845/- as excess payment was done ( as explained in attached summary Excel-sheet , Last column and other documents)….. Since January 2018 onward to till date I made lots of efforts and requested various customer care center to arrange refund of My excess paid Rs. 3,845/- , they just bought and lost my time saying that we have emailed your case for refund etc…( viz… Airtel Customer Care center, Time square Building , Adjan, Surat 395009 ) without concrete action and so far my bank has not got any refund. My bank account and my banker also confirmed that the amount was debited from my account and credited to Airtel account.
Summary of problem is my eligible and valid refund amount of Rs.3,845/- is not paid by Airtel so far till date and there is no confirmation on actions.
