Ihave been tricked by amazon. I have paid for purchase of drill machine 06.02.2022. On not satisfactory functionality have returned it. Item picked up by amazon 0n08.02.2022 and reached amazon facility on 09.02.2022 by amzon tracking no. 624492976317. Now amazon denying refund even returned product also not replaced or returned back.
