Text of Complaint by Sharon Bailey:

I had recharged the subject number- 986041….. 2 days back for an amount of 379/- the amount got deducted immediately but was put on pending state since 2 days..
As I couldn’t wait any longer because even the incoming would get barred I recharged today for 219/- on the same number which went through.
However, immediately after doing this recharge, the 379/- recharge was successful..
I want the refund of 379/- as this neither shows on airtel nor do I require it anymore as I’ve already done a recharge.
please respond at the earliest.
