I had two transactions of 569 rupees one on 28th March and the other on 29th March.
The former transaction was unsuccessful and the latter was successful.
However money was debited on both the transaction from my account.
As a result, I require a refund of the former transaction.
I tried contacting support team via calls and emails but no is no resolving of the issue.
Any emails sent on support team email id bounces back and after approaching the team over call they get back with an answer that the server is down from past 3 days.
Each of the team member comes up with different suggestions to claim the refund.
I am totallyconfused why such a small technical issue is not been acted pro-actively.
Instaed of me approaching the support team number of times they should have credited the refund amount straight forward.
