I had booked three tickets through irctc site from my id shah5429 only one ticket confirmed but after 7 days i have yet not ryany refund of two waiting tickets of my pnr 2459476360 transaction id 100004095383321
I have also raised this issue with irctc but no response is received from them.
Kindly resolve my issue
