Not received a refund amount of Rs 495 for the cancelled ticket of Train No- 13351 ( Dhanbad express). Ticket was cancelled on 11th of July, 2019 and it is already 10 days but I have not received the refund yet. Please look into the matter and take required steps for the speedy refund of money
