Sir/ Madam,
With reference to the subject cited above, I, A.M.Kondekar, have booked total 16 return seats from Mumbai to Delhi Airport using Paytm.com in the month of July 2019 (PNR MB87JA, P7K6PM & U8BRMZ) for travelling in the month of May 2020. But these tickets were cancelled by GoAir.
After continuous follow up with GoAir & concern Authorities, full refund of same ticket booking amount is refunded by GoAir to Paytm before 28/10/2020.
It is submitted that, I have repeatedly (w.e.f.25 Oct.2020) contacted via email & telephonic talk with Paytm customer care for refund my money from Paytm to my Account, however, all in vain. There is absolutely no response from Paytm customer care on the subject.
I am therefore constrained to approach you through email and hereby submit my above grievances to refund my full booking amount on urgent basis. You are requested to take necessary steps as per guidelines/ directives of Govt. of India at your end and refund my amount.
