I had purchased the product from Amazon and since the fit was good, I had to return it. The item was picked up by the agent after checking. Amazon is refusing to refund the item saying the item provided was junk or wrong which is not possible as agent can’t pick wrong or different item without prior approval. Even highlighting this, they are putting the blame on me and refusing the refund which is nothing but a fraud.
