non refund
i ordered a product on 12th march 2021 and returned the exact same product to amazon india on 14th march. after returning the product my amazon account was blocked and i wasn’t able to login into the account. the account is still locked and i’m unable to get any update on my refund
i contacted amazon customer service and the account specialist but they are giving no positive response and aren’t unlocking my account and not even providing the refund and its been more than a month
