Text of Complaint by Riyaz Ahmad J:

I, Riyaz Ahmad. J, was a tenant at Stanza Living Durham house (Bangalore) and moved out on 29th August 2025. I had submitted all required details for my security deposit refund, which were complete and in working order. Despite this, the refund is being shown as failed. I have since updated my bank account details to ensure smooth processing.

I request the company to immediately process my refund. I have attempted to resolve this directly with Stanza Living, but no resolution has been provided. Therefore, I am filing this complaint with the consumer forum for redressal.
