Sir,
With reference to the above, this is to bring to your kind information, that i ordered 3 punjabi kaleeras on 31.10.2020 via amazon order no 408-2230485-5109157 amounting Rs 6,938/- and kept one costing Rs 1,328/- and returned rest 2 kaleeras of this order amounting Rs 2,720/- and 2,890/- but till today even after one month, i have not got refund of those 2 kaleeras amounting total of Rs 5,610/- i lodged complaint over phone to your customer care executives 6 times, with last complaint lodged on 07th december 2020 but didn’t get any positive response from them rather they informed me on 10th December that my refund is not processed because those 2 Items returned are still lying pending for pick up by the executive while we have returned both the items to their authorised pick up executive on 11th November itself.
Amazon customer care executive are doing nothing in the matter and are just forwarding the message of their courier team only causing mental agony to me.
It is my request to you to arrange my refund of Rs 5,610/- at an earliest and also get my compensation claim for the mental agaony caused to me because of amazon poor customer service.
