1. I joined for BSc Honours Physics in Christ University Bangalore Central Campus on 10/07/2023
2. On the same day I took admission in the Aiswarya Residencies Group of hostels, 79/76, 2nd Main road, 2nd Cross Chikkalakshmi Layout, DRC Post, Bangalore 560029- Proprietor Mrs Sharmila S Phone NO 9845389055,9035906055,724662204
3. A total amount of Rs 38053/-has been remitted(Maintenance fee 7000/-,Advance fee for 2 months 23000/-Fee forJuly 8053)
4. I did not stay in the hostel even for a single day and not taken any service from the hostel
5.I returned to my native place kannur Kerala on 10/07/2023
6.on 12/07/2023 I cancelled my admission to christ University online as I got admission to B tech in my Native place, Kannur Kerala
7.The fact has been informed to the Proprietor Mrs Sharmila on the same day through phone call and whatsapp message and to the email id of the firm [email protected] and requested for the refund of the money
8. I had sent a registered letter on 20/07/2023 requesting for the refund of the money and the letter was delivered to her on 25/07/2023
9. The proprietor neither responded nor refunded the amount
10 I am urgently in need of money to proceed with my Engineering study in Kerala
11. The proprietor neither gave me any service nor did I take any service from her. Legally I am eligible for the refund of Rs 38053/-
12. The proprietor being a lady has not shown any gratitude or sympathy towards me .The Refund account number is already sent in the registered letter
13. I am not able to come to Bangalore as I am studying for a B tech course in kerala
14.the copy of the receipt is attached
In this helpless situation I seek your help to get me the money refunded amicably and urgently
