I ordered for a mobile phone paying Rs 22356. Later it was cancelled and they refunded Rs 19358 only. Balance amount of Rs 2998 is still pending with them. They are not responding properly in spite of several reminders. Please ask them to arrange for immediate refund of the balance amount and oblige
