The hotel for 4 days booked for my guest Mr.Hiraram devasi at Hotel OYO 92865 The Sigma star. Greaternoida through goibibo from 19.02.2023 to 23.02.2023. The hotel declined to give a room to him citing the tariff is low & it is not there in their hotel despite GOIBBO booking confirmation. Upon contacting the customer care of oyo as booking voucher given by GOBIBO, OYO asked my guest to shift to some other hotel which is far away by 7 – 8 kms from this hotel & it is alreay night 10 pm. My guest unable to search the hotel name provided by OYO & he has no option but to stay sigma star by paying more for 1 day. During conversation with OYO customer care it was clearly informed we are unable locate the alternate hotel provided by them and asked for cancellation & refund of booking amount paid. OYO customer care accepted & send the mail confirmation in this and asked us to contact GOBIBO since booked made through them refund will be given to them. copy of mail received from OYO sent to GOIBBO for refund of the same but they are not agreeing for refund of Rs.2664/-. copies attached. Hence request to kindly advise GOIBIBO/OYO for refund of the amount of Rs.2664/- since they failed provide the service for which amount paid. Thanks & Regards S.V.Phaneesha
