Hi,

Firstly, Amazon send the wrong product, hence i have returned the same. However they have not initiated the funds even after 10days also. hence approached amazon customer care for refund status. Now Last 20days they have saying that Our Returns Department advised us that they received local t-shirt. We confirmed the Puma Men’s Cotton Sweater (83986401_Black and Dark Grey Heather_L) from order #406-5562673-3721103 was in the box given to at the time it left our fulfillment center.We are discarding the local t-shirt that you sent. We will be happy to accept the return of the correct item at your earliest convenience. On that basis it will be discard without showing any evidence.

Your team should take snap shot & upload in the site while returning the product, so that this kind of issues will not happen with carrier guys. This was not at all my fault . I remember the person who came for collecting reverse pickup is very rude in fact asked to comedown to main gate instead of coming to the floor. Then he told him to come & collect it from floor only, even he was asked to open the product & verified the product of original Puma men’s cotton sweater full hands & collected the same. I am very much sure that person was misplaced or changed the product.

I have already returned the product & how i can return once again same item which is not available with me.
