Purchased an ear phone from Amazon and then returned the same, item picked up on 12 July 2023 by amazon delivery agent. But after several request/complaint on amazon customer care number, still could not receive my refund till date (22 Aug 2023). Order No. 407-4520946-5915507, Order date 6 July 2023.
