I have bought a Philips Steam Iron GC2145/20 – 2200-watt on 6th August 2023 from Amazon business account in the name of Vinita Biwal, Union Bank of India.
The item was not useful as it requires 1Ampere Power Plug/Socket and thus, I initiated a refund against return for the said product. The item was picked up (returned) from my residence on B-203(A), Ganga Sagar Colony, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur and it was successfully returned on 16th August (Sunday). Since, I didn’t receive any refund, therefore I called Customer Care of Amazon on 05th Sept. and after spoken with 2 different Customer Care Executives, I was assured that u will get your refund by 9th Sept.
Since again I didn’t receive any refund from them, I again called Customer Care through Amazon app and I have been informed that they receive wrong product so they neither refunding me any amount nor replacing my product. I have told them I have given them the correct product which was delivered to me with all packaging and after due verification the said was picked by their agent, otherwise their agent wouldn’t picked it.
I again requested them to please check once again to verify whether there has been some mistake from their end but it was completely denied to me.
So in totality, neither I have any product for which I have paid 2799/- and not I have any refund for the said purchase.
Kindly refund me.
