I purchased a shirt from this e commerce trading company worth rs 999 by cash on payments mode. I received the product in sometime and made the payment. When I checked the product as the stuff was mentioned and described was not that infact the fabric was low quality in comparison to rs 999 but still I tried but the size was fitting me… It mentioned the size as xl but was not comfortable fit of xl… So I contacted them once they picked my call and told me re courier the product to them and in return they issue coupon for exchange… I don’t like their material quality and I asked for complete refund… From there on the lady in the call told me to call back next day . I called them but they started avoiding my calls …. I want not getting my refund plz help me…
