I have a big bazaar profit club membership where on the payment of Rs 10000/0 initially, company provides 1000/- monthly for the next 12 months. But now as all the big bazaar outlets are closed for the past 4 months, we are unable to use the amount. I want the refund of my payment. But the helpline number of the company is down as well as the email address they provided is also not in use.
Please help as there are thousands of customers like me who are facing the same problem.
