I have order a bag on 4 Dec 2021 of Rs 999 and due to regular delay in delivery it was cancelled on 12 Dec 2021.
This order was pre paid hence amount was paid in advance to flipcart.
Today is 23 Dec and till now i have not received my refund of Rs 999, even after contacting many time to your customer care team on regular intervals. The thing i received is another date and a sorry. After complaining one more time today an issue has been raised from your end and a new date is provided 25 Dec till 9 a.m.
Order no is OD123541113223031000.
Any issue related to this payment should be resolved by flikart and customer has no concern with any conflict between Flipkart and seller.
So, please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest, else I have to choose other platform to complain against Flipkart.
