Respected Sir,
Flight was booked vide Make my trip website with Flight Booking id NF28122296075836, for travelling from Darbhanga to Ahmedabad and amount of INR 4640. Spice Jet cancelled the flight due to bad weather. Spicejet informed that the refund has been made to Make my trip, however the refund of payment from Make my Trip to myself is still awaited. Several attempts have been made to raise the claim from the website of Make my trip, however everytime the refund is failing with the message that “due to technical error the request cannot be processed”. It is requested to please assist in achieving the resolution on the complain. My contact number is 7043314591.
