I am jasdeep regular customer of Amazon . I ordered marks and spencer trousers and I was delivered wrong product that was of marks and spencer but it was some legging . I raised a return request immediately with the reason that I was delivered a wrong a wrong product with an image attached to it . After few days when I checked my amount was not refunded .. so I called customer care .Norhing happened after that . Again after fees days I called customer care . They said we need to investigate the matter. Give us few days . Then again I called the customer care .. they said the product that was returned was different than that was ordered . I was surprised at their investigation. That was my issue that I already told that I was delivered different product than what I ordered . What is my fault in all this . Kindly resolve my case and refund my amount . It’s a big harassment to the valuable customer.
