I booked pizza of Rs. 426.75 on dated 11.12.2022 and order payment at 10.55am with UPI reference no. 234585545031 the amount has been paid by me. The pizza booked by Mocha ,202, Shivaji Nagar, Shankar Nagar, Dharampeth Nagpur restaurant. And unfortunately the order has been cancelled. I talked with hotel immediately on 0712-6614637 and 7719945920 and request him that I will collect personally but the restaurant person deny to do that he said once your Order cancelled then cannot be placed again, He said that the company will refund me the amount. . But by today I didn’t receive any amount. I mail the customer care many times but they didn’t refund my payment. I also attached my payment paid details also for your reference.
