I ordered a product on 17the October.. I wanted to replace the order as the parts were missing from the product. But the replacement was cancelled by them and I was told to order another product and the product will be picked up and amount will be refunded.. But till now the product has not been picked up and the refund hasn’t been done.. I call customer care daily and they promise me the pick up daily but it never happens.
