I have order ‘Reebok Men’s Shoes” on 27-03-2023 through amazon platform, after receiving it, the shoes size was unfit for me. So I had decided to return back , and amazon delivery man had taken the product. But when I inquired about the refund status of my money, I was informed that the product received was not the same as been before. But from my side it has been clear that I have given the exact product. So amazon also not responding properly. I wanted my money back. So, please take necessary steps to address this issue.
