Purachased Arrow T short from Amzaon on 3rd Jun 23. It was not delivered. Initiated a refund process on Jun 6 . Refund is not paid , on contacting Amazon call center it was told that it is initiated but tiday (13 June) when I spoke to call center again they said it was not initiated.
Very unfortunate, they are cheating customer by providing false informartion.
